In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to update all of our existing clientele with how the Pixel Army Team is currently handling this emergency.
First and foremost, the health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We have transitioned our business to a completely remote environment. The entire team is prepared in this event and we have the tools available to communicate as required.
Our development team, strategists, and customer support teams will remain fully operational and can perform their jobs entirely remote, as required. Projects and deadline remain unchanged unless notified.
We recognize that this emergency has put a strain on the infrastructure of many companies both large and small around the world. We will do everything in our power to remain available to you for any questions, concerns or help you may require with your website, digital advertising, and overall online presence.
For the immediate future, we will be conducting all meetings via phone calls/screen share. This will allow us to continue to be productive and ensure that we can support our clients appropriately and efficiently. If you require an update please feel free to reach out to an Account Manager and we can update you on the status of your project.
Thank you for being a Pixel Army customer. These are challenging times but I want you to know that we stand ready to help however we can.
